Job Objective: Assign and reserve rooms in field-site/camp hospitality accommodations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery according to occupancy levels, while upholding company- and client-defined standards and protocols. Responsibilities: - Assign rooms in field-site camps - Prepare updated reports on hospitality efficiency and occupancy - Verify and process reservations using databases and field-site/camp enterprise systems - Assist and guide users regarding camp services, regulations, and operations - Coordinate and record user arrivals and departures, ensuring proper documentation and occupancy control Requirements: - Residence within the Arica to Coquimbo region - Minimum 2 years of experience working in hotel reception - Intermediate-level computer system proficiency - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment - Availability to work rotating shifts - Physical fitness compatible with high-altitude geographical conditions Benefits: Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company.
