Responsibilities Assign rooms and welcome guests. Manage and control payments. Verify and process reservations using company databases and systems. Requirements for the Position. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and hospitality. Knowledge of customer service protocols and intermediate-level Office computer systems.
