Sodexo Chile is seeking a Warehouse and Supply Supervisor for an important mining contract. If you have experience in maintenance warehouse management, inventory control, and material supply, this opportunity is for you. · Job Description As the Warehouse and Supply Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating, controlling, and executing warehouse management for the contract, ensuring the timely availability of materials, tools, spare parts, and supplies required for preventive and corrective maintenance activities. We work together to create a positive and collaborative work environment where our employees can grow and reach their full potential. · Responsibilities Receive, inspect, store, and control materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment associated with operations. Maintain order, identification, and traceability of stored materials in the warehouse. Conduct physical and system-based inventory controls, performing cyclic and general inventories. Administer and control manual and electric tools, measuring equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain up-to-date records of material and tool receipts, issuances, and movements. Verify stock availability and promptly manage replenishment of critical materials for operations. Process purchase requests and coordinate supply with authorized suppliers. Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors and technicians to anticipate operational needs. Maintain documentation control related to inventories, supply, and warehouse movements. Utilize management systems for inventory and material supply control. · Requirements Residence between the Second and Fifth Regions. Higher Technical Degree in Logistics, Supply Management, Administration, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in mining, service contracts, maintenance warehouses, or industrial storerooms. Experience in inventory management, stock control, and warehouse administration. Knowledge of tools, materials, and spare parts related to maintenance, infrastructure, and civil works. Desirable experience with Fracttal, SAP, or similar systems. Valid Class B driver's license.
