We are currently seeking **Multifunctional Operators** for a major mining project located in the Antofagasta region. **Conditions:** * Shift: Rotating 7x7 * Site: Puerto Coloso * Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. **Objective:** To efficiently and safely execute tasks associated with operating various types of heavy machinery and mobile equipment, adapting to project requirements. Ensure proper handling of assigned equipment, safeguard its functionality, and actively collaborate in achieving the organization’s operational, safety, and quality objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct operational inspections of equipment at the beginning and end of each shift, maintain records, and report mechanical or electrical anomalies. * Support earthmoving activities, material transport, grading, excavation, loading, lifting, compaction, and other tasks as permitted by qualifications and experience. * Apply traffic regulations, operational safety standards, and procedures defined in the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring a safe working environment. * Comply with mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety procedures when operating in critical zones or areas with high risk exposure. * Ensure efficient fuel usage, proper care of assigned equipment, and adherence to established operational timelines. * Assist with internal logistics of equipment and materials as required, according to site work scheduling. * Promote a preventive and continuous improvement culture on-site by reporting unsafe conditions or acts that could affect project progress. * Implement preventive or mitigating controls associated with performed tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed Secondary Education / Mechanical Technician / Construction Technician. * Five years of experience operating multiple types of machinery in construction or mining sites. * Knowledge of mechanics and scaffolding assembly. * Valid certification and verifiable experience in heavy machinery operation. * Work at height (manlift) * Blueprint interpretation If you are seeking an exciting challenge and possess the skills and experience we require, we invite you to apply.
