We are currently seeking an **OTEC Analyst** for our facilities located in the Antofagasta region. **Conditions:** * Shift: 5x2 * Location: La Negra, Antofagasta. * Contract Type: Fixed-term, followed by indefinite-term. **Objective:** To coordinate, supervise, and ensure the proper execution of OTEC administrative and operational processes, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, training activity planning, and efficient use of available resources. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the implementation of training courses and programs. * Manage administrative documentation required by SENCE or relevant authorities. * Supervise the proper logistical implementation of training activities (classrooms, materials, attendance, etc.). * Monitor participant and instructor attendance. * Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding operational requirements. * Track purchase orders, invoicing, and payments related to training activities. * Ensure adherence to administrative and contractual deadlines. * Maintain up-to-date records and backups of all executed activities. * Support internal or external audits. * Manage execution and results reporting. **Requirements:** * Technical Professional in Business Administration or related field. * Two years of experience in administrative or coordination roles. * Residency in Antofagasta city (Mandatory) * Experience in OTECs or training institutions. * Knowledge of SENCE regulations. * Basic administrative and financial processes. * Intermediate Excel and Office tools proficiency. * Experience with training platforms (LMS preferred). * Proficiency in attendance tracking and reporting.
