Job Summary: Dynamic, proactive, and responsible Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch of merchandise. Key Highlights: 1. Supports receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch processes. 2. Assists in inventory organization and flow. 3. Performs product conditioning and on-site support. A reputable company specializing in the marketing and distribution of electronic products, computers, and other related items is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and responsible Warehouse Assistant to join our operations and logistics team. What will be your primary objective? To support all merchandise receiving, storage, preparation, and dispatch processes while ensuring proper inventory organization and flow. Main Responsibilities: * Receiving and Loading: Receiving, unloading, and inspecting containers and trucks. * Storage: Proper organization, placement, and labeling of merchandise. * Order Preparation (Picking & Packing): Preparing, verifying, packing, labeling, and marking orders. * Product Conditioning: Thermal lamination of products and assembly of kits or packs. * Dispatch and Route: Dispatching and delivering orders to carriers and direct customers. * On-Site Support: Performing laborer duties accompanying the driver during deliveries as required. * Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse, both indoors and outdoors. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or receiving/dispatch roles is desirable. * Team-oriented attitude, responsibility, and punctuality. * Positive customer service attitude for direct deliveries.
