Collaboration and teamwork in multifunctional tasks. **Kitchen Assistant\-OMIL LAMPA (1 vacancy)** **Kitchen Assistants** ======================================================================= ### **CONTACT INFORMATION** **Company:** Dominó Fuente de Soda **Economic activity:** Restaurant activities and mobile food service ### **DESCRIPTION** \* Preparation and production: You prepare, weigh, and portion raw materials and supplies according to standardized recipes; assist with laminating, portioning, and packaging; and operate basic plant machinery (cutters, mixers, packagers) under supervision and safety protocols. \* Quality and food safety: You comply with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP protocols at every stage of the process, and promptly report any quality, safety, or food safety incidents you detect. \* Order, cleanliness, and supply control: You maintain your work area, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitized according to schedule; apply the FIFO method to control preparation and expiration dates; and contribute to efficient supply usage by controlling waste. \* Receiving and handling of raw materials: You properly receive, inspect, and store raw materials and supplies, preserving the cold chain where applicable. \* Safety and teamwork: You correctly use your personal protective equipment (PPE), comply with plant safety and hygiene regulations, and collaborate with the production team on multifunctional tasks as required per shift.
