Job Mission: Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and industrial kitchens, network systems (water and gases), and physical infrastructure of the unit. Daily Requirements ? Address internal requests and requirements according to established guidelines and procedures for the area—either through prior scheduling or corrective actions requested via the shift telephone. ? Conduct daily rounds in the assigned section, monitoring critical variables and planning interventions as necessary. ? Address daily requirements submitted by each department through supervisors, as well as previously scheduled ones, ensuring the work site is left in optimal condition. ? Support preventive maintenance of gastronomic equipment, as well as corrective maintenance. ? Hotel Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive checklists \& provide corrective support when needed...
