Job Summary: We are seeking an Analyst/Specialist to support HSE document control at mining sites, responsible for updating records and tracking safety plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for HSE document control at mining sites 2. Updating and managing safety files and records 3. Performs record updates, tracks safety plans, and provides user support with less autonomy than Level A. Main responsibilities \- Update and manage safety files and records. \- Track safety action plans. \- Support scheduling of follow-ups and mandatory training courses. \- Prepare evidence for audits and inspections. \- Assist user departments in searching for and interpreting documents. Mandatory requirements \- Degree in Civil Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field. \- Professional experience exceeding 5 years. \- Document control experience exceeding 3 years. \- Mining experience of 3 years (mandatory). \- Advanced proficiency in Office applications and management systems. Desirable requirements \- Sernageomin B Expert \- HSE experience exceeding 2 years \- Proficiency in Flex / SIGMEL Competencies \- Organization \- Proactivity \- Attention to detail \- Shifts / reference location: Mining site in the province of Antofagasta, hybrid or remote work, Antofagasta.
