Leads process standardization, work management, and executive reporting to the Owner at a mining site. Key responsibilities \- Define and deploy standardized work in planning, work management, and change management. \- Lead process improvements in maintenance, concentrator plants, and shutdowns. \- Ensure quality of reports and executive presentations delivered to the Owner. \- Provide technical guidance to Specialists. \- Coordinate with operations areas to reduce variability and rework. Mandatory requirements \- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Mining Engineering, Management Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. \- Postgraduate diploma (mandatory). \- Master’s degree (mandatory). \- Professional experience exceeding 12 years. \- Experience in mining engineering, mining projects, concentrator plants, and maintenance. \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, fieldwork, and executive reporting and presentations. Desirable requirements \- Experience leading standardization, lean, reliability, or work management initiatives.
