Community Relations Coordinator **Location:** Calama, Antofagasta Region, Chile **Company:** MRP SpA Job Description At **MRP SpA**, we are seeking a **Community Relations Coordinator** to lead engagement with local communities, social organizations, and regional authorities. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating community engagement strategies that strengthen trust and the company's positive impact in the region. Responsibilities * **Community program design**: Develop projects aligned with local needs and the organization’s mission. * **Strategic partnership management**: Establish relationships with social, public, and private organizations. * **Community communication**: Maintain transparent and ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders. * **Social activity coordination**: Organize workshops, meetings, and citizen participation programs. * **Social impact evaluation**: Measure outcomes and prepare monitoring reports. * **Conflict management**: Implement resolution and mediation strategies. Candidate Profile * Degree in **Social Work**, **Sociology**, **Communication**, or related fields. * Minimum 4 years of experience in community management, institutional relations, or social projects. * Knowledge of participatory methodologies and impact evaluation. * Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work in dynamic environments and under pressure.
