Job Summary: AFP Habitat seeks a rigorous, analytical QA Analyst with a focus on automation and robotization to ensure comprehensive software quality and impact critical systems for millions of affiliates. We are currently looking to add a QA Analyst, focused on test automation and robotization, to our Information Technology Management team. **What will be your purpose?** **Ensure** comprehensive software quality by timely identifying defects, functional deviations, and regulatory risks prior to production release. You will play a key role in driving test automation, robotization, and optimization, contributing to the delivery of robust, usable solutions aligned with pension system regulations. **What will you do daily?** * Design, execute, and maintain functional, technical, and regression tests (manual and automated). * Participate in building and evolving automation frameworks, ensuring coverage and reusability. * Execute tests across multiple platforms (web, mobile, and various environments). * Design test cases considering alternative scenarios, edge cases, and regulatory validations. * Validate compliance with regulations set by the Pension Superintendence. * Manage tickets in Jira, ensuring traceability and data quality. * Execute automated regression tests, safeguarding system stability. * Document results and evidence to support audit processes. * Collaborate with Development, Engineering, and end-user teams, contributing from a quality perspective. * Propose process improvements, usability enhancements, and user experience optimizations. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in QA, software testing, or software quality assurance. * **Experience in test automation**, with ability to design, implement, and optimize solutions that increase test coverage, efficiency, and stability. * Knowledge of **robotic process automation (RPA) or process automation**, oriented toward continuous improvement. * **Knowledge** of applying artificial intelligence to testing processes. * Experience in functional, regression, and multi\-platform testing, along with SQL proficiency for data validation. * Proficiency with tools such as Jira and familiarity with quality assurance processes. * Knowledge of the AFP business or regulated environments (desirable). **What do we offer?** At **AFP Habitat, we believe in the impact** of well-executed work and in people’s development: * 40-hour weekly schedule \+ hybrid work model. * Edenred meal card. * Welfare Corporation (health, savings, and family benefits). * 100% company-funded catastrophic insurance. * Bonuses and benefits (daycare, education support, flexible bonus, among others). * Access to a corporate library with over 10\.000 books. **Join one of the best companies to work for, according to Great Place To Work Chile!**
