In this role, you will be a key contributor to ensuring reinsurance operations are managed with order, precision, and timeliness. Your work will help keep business, renewal, and endorsement information up to date and prepare the documentation the team needs to operate confidently. We seek a detail-oriented, organized individual eager to learn. Experience in reinsurance, insurance, or related operations is valued. **How You’ll Make an Impact**
* Ensure businesses, renewals, and endorsements are accurately recorded and updated in internal systems.
* Contribute to ensuring operational information is correct, complete, and easy to trace.
* Prepare cover notes and debit notes within defined deadlines.
* Help maintain organized and readily available documentation for internal and external reviews.
* Support reinsurance processes to advance clearly and without unnecessary delays.
* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and effective follow-up.
* Maintain information quality to support safer decisions and more reliable processes.

**About You**
* Minimum 2 years of experience in reinsurance operations, insurance, or related fields.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Economics, or related disciplines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks consistently and meet deadlines.
* Clear communicator and effective team player.
* Adaptable to change and new ways of working.
* Committed to ongoing learning and growth within an open, supportive environment.
* Familiarity with lines such as health, financial lines, or liability insurance is a plus.
