Job Summary
**TKL Digital \& Technology Services Chile SpA** is seeking a ***Junior Web Support Assistant*** with an interest in technology, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented mindset to join our team in Talca. As a Junior Web Support Assistant, you will provide first-line support for websites, web applications, content management systems, user accounts, basic web content updates, and digital service requests. You will assist in investigating common website issues, document incidents, perform authorized updates, and escalate more complex development, hosting, database, or security issues to specialized technical teams. You will work closely with web support, digital operations, IT, development, customer service, and business services teams. This position is designed for recent graduates and professionals with limited experience who are interested in web support, website administration, digital technology, IT support, CMS platforms, or junior web operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for websites and web applications.
- Respond to support requests related to websites.
- Create, categorize, update, and monitor support tickets.
- Investigate basic website errors and user-reported issues.
- Assist users with website account and login issues.
- Provide support for password reset and account access requests.
- Perform authorized website content updates.
- Upload and update text, images, documents, and basic page content.
- Assist with WordPress or similar CMS administration, as applicable.
- Review website pages for broken links and basic display issues.
- Assist with basic HTML and CSS adjustments following established procedures.
- Verify website functionality across the most common desktop and mobile browsers.
- Provide support for basic website forms and troubleshoot contact form issues.
- Assist with website navigation and content-related issues.
- Monitor assigned web support queues.
- Accurately document technical issues and resolution steps.
- Maintain clear records of incidents and resolutions.
- Appropriately escalate complex application or development issues.
- Coordinate bugs with developers and technical specialists.
- Assist with basic website testing after updates.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
- Log defects and test results.
- Provide basic assistance on domain, DNS, SSL, and web hosting inquiries.
- Appropriately escalate server, database, cybersecurity, and advanced hosting issues.
- Assist with authorized plugin and CMS updates.
- Provide support for website backup and maintenance procedures when authorized.
- Keep support documentation and website FAQs up to date.
- Assist with web analytics and preparation of basic reports.
- Provide support to digital content and web operations teams.
- Comply with cybersecurity, privacy, and access control procedures.
- Participate in web service and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Technical, vocational, or university education in Web Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, Programming, Multimedia, Digital Design, or a related field will be viewed favorably. Prior professional experience is not mandatory. 0–1 year of relevant experience is recommended. Recent graduates and candidates with internship experience, freelance work, academic projects, or personal web-related projects are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of how websites operate.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous.
- Familiarity with WordPress or another content management system is helpful.
- Basic knowledge of web hosting and domains is advantageous.
- Familiarity with DNS and SSL is beneficial but not required.
- Basic knowledge of web browsers and browser developer tools is helpful.
- Familiarity with JavaScript is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of image optimization and content management is helpful.
- Familiarity with incident management systems or help desks is advantageous.

Salary: $650\.000 \- $850\.000 per month
