The role will be responsible for aligning technology strategy with business objectives, ensuring quality, innovation, efficiency, and project delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead strategy and planning for the software development area, defining technological priorities and objectives. * Manage teams of developers, architects, QA professionals, and other technology specialists, promoting best practices and high performance. * Oversee the full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering through implementation and maintenance of solutions. * Manage projects, resources, budgets, timelines, and team performance metrics. * Define and strengthen standards for architecture, security, code quality, testing, and development methodologies. * Coordinate with business, product, operations, and customer teams to transform needs into technological solutions. * Identify emerging technologies and innovation opportunities to improve products, processes, and operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Computer Science Engineering, Computing Engineering, Software Engineering**, or related field. * **5+ years of experience** in software development, including experience leading technical teams. * Experience managing technology projects and cross-functional teams. * Knowledge of software architectures, APIs, databases, agile methodologies, and development practices. * Desired experience with **cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, cybersecurity**, and project management platforms. * Proficiency with planning, tracking, and technology performance measurement tools. * Leadership, strategic vision, communication skills, decision-making ability, and results orientation. Salary: $2\.200\.000 \- $3\.300\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
