Join us as our next **Psychologist** at the **Workers' Hospital**, and together let’s make Chile the country that best cares for workers and their families. **What Are the Position Objectives?** Provide psychological care to patients enrolled in the SNL Mental Health Program and support organizational requests regarding patient intake and/or containment for those consulting due to occupational diseases. This is done in alignment with Achs’ organizational values and objectives. **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?** * Conduct intake assessments and psychotherapy using the brief strategic model. * Adapt interventions and treatments to the program’s protocol. * Make timely decisions regarding patient continuity in the program, referral, or therapeutic discharge. * Timely registration in the patient’s clinical record and other program platforms. * Prepare for and actively participate in group case review sessions, as well as consultation sessions with a psychiatrist. * Respect patient information and maintain confidentiality. * Participate in feedback sessions with your direct supervisor. * Collaborate with other team units—for example, the Back Office team—by responding promptly to their requests. * Carry out Occupational Disease Intakes and Early Intervention for patients consulting under Law No. 16\.744 and Law No. 21\.643, in accordance with established guidelines. * Provide psychotherapy for patients covered under the law, according to AT. **What Requirements Must You Meet?** **Education and Experience** * Clinical Psychologist * Preferred: Training in brief psychotherapy * Minimum 1 year of professional experience * Preferred: Experience in primary care (AP) or similar settings **How Will You Work?** **We Invite You to Join This Challenge!** *At Achs, we are committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
