We Are Looking for an Organizational Development Intern! Do you want to learn how to manage the full recruitment cycle and become involved in organizing internal wellness activities and job description reformulation at a major financial institution? This is your opportunity to join the People Management Department, taking on an active role both in talent acquisition and in events that connect our employees and drive organizational change. What Will Be Your Mission? Provide support in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, assuming responsibility for coordinating various stages of personnel sourcing. Additionally, provide logistical support for wellness activities, corporate milestones, and Cooperative holiday celebrations, while simultaneously supporting the restructuring of job descriptions. What Will You Do During Your Internship? **Recruitment and Selection Cycle:** Lead and coordinate selection processes—from posting vacancies on job portals, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, to administering psychometric tests and assessments. **Onboarding Process:** Support and coordinate the induction program for new hires, ensuring they have everything needed upon arrival. **Wellness Activities:** Participate in the planning, logistics, and operational execution of cultural milestones, internal celebrations, and various Cooperative holidays. **Job Descriptions:** Actively collaborate with various department heads and managers in gathering, updating, and restructuring their job profiles. **What Are We Looking For? Education:** Final-year student eligible to undertake professional internship in: Psychology (Organizational concentration) \- Commercial Engineering (Administration / HR concentration) \- Business Administration or related fields. **No prior experience required, but you must have:** Genuine interest in selection, onboarding, and wellness processes. Intermediate-user level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). Excellent communication skills and energy to coordinate activities across teams. **Competencies That Will Set You Apart:** Organization and rigor to manage multiple concurrent selection processes. Proactivity, enthusiasm, and service orientation for wellness activities. Strong interpersonal skills and assertive communication. What Do We Offer? A minimum 3-month internship, equivalent to 480 hours. In-person schedule at our central offices near Metro Los Leones. Monday–Thursday: 08:45–17:45 hrs; Friday: until 16:30 hrs (40 hrs/week). Adjustable if needed. Flexible working hours to accommodate university commitments. Compensation for internship services.
