Position Summary:
We are seeking an Organizational Development Intern to support HR projects, participating in performance management, organizational climate, and internal communications.

At **Viñedos Familia Chadwick**, we aim to onboard an **Organizational Development Intern** to support various Human Resources initiatives over the coming months.
The internship will primarily focus on supporting **Organizational Development** initiatives, participating in processes currently underway within the company—including job profile collection and updating, supporting implementation of the performance management system, organizational climate assessment, internal communications, and other people management–related initiatives.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Support job profile collection, review, and updating.
* Collaborate in preparing and organizing information for the performance management process.
* Support organizational climate and development initiatives.
* Participate in developing internal communications and materials.
* Systematize information obtained from interviews, meetings, and assessments across various departments.
* Support preparation of presentations, matrices, reports, and project follow-up documents for HR.
**We Are Looking For:**
* A student of **Psychology**, ideally with interest in the organizational/workplace field.
* Availability to complete a professional internship for approximately **3 months**.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Interest in learning and directly participating in Human Resources projects.
