During the initial phase, one of its main challenges will be supporting the formation and onboarding of the team in Chile. Subsequently, the role will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring various Human Resources processes, while also collaborating with specialized external service providers. Key Responsibilities: Manage Recruitment and Selection processes, especially during the initial team formation. Coordinate Personnel Administration processes, ensuring their proper execution and follow-up.
