We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a project located in the Antofagasta Region, under a 7x7 daytime shift system. The role aims to lead warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of storage, inventory, supply, and material dispatch. Additionally, the incumbent will coordinate the work team, optimize logistics processes, and ensure compliance with Thiess-established standards for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and cost control. **Responsibilities** * Lead warehouse operations, ensuring proper management of inventory, storage, and material dispatch. * Coordinate and supervise the work team, promoting achievement of operational objectives. * Optimize logistics processes and ensure uninterrupted supply to operations. * Control costs and manage area resources efficiently. * Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards. **Requirements** * Technical degree (Higher Education Level), Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field (mandatory). * Minimum 4 years’ experience in warehouse and/or logistics areas (mandatory). * Experience leading work teams. * Practical knowledge of inventory management software. * Experience in cost control and/or asset administration. * Availability to work a 7x7 daytime shift at a mining site. **Legal Notice** If you are selected for a position at Thiess, your employment will be contingent upon successfully completing and passing an alcohol/drug test and an occupational medical examination for high-altitude work, as well as verification of information, certifications, and qualifications provided during the selection process.
