Lead work teams in industrial or mining environments A prominent mining services company is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the comprehensive maintenance management of infrastructure, facilities, and equipment at a mining site. We are looking for a professional with solid experience in planning, supervising, and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance activities, oriented toward operational continuity, safety, and service excellence. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * Lead field work teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Manage resources, materials, tools, and spare parts required for operations. * Coordinate maintenance activities with internal clients and contractors. * Supervise maintenance work related to infrastructure, electricity, plumbing, construction, HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial equipment. * Monitor operational costs, budgets, and departmental performance indicators. * Prepare management and productivity reports. * Ensure compliance with procedures, applicable legal regulations, and current safety standards. * Manage maintenance contracts and associated service agreements. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Electromechanical Engineering. * Minimum five-year undergraduate program. * Minimum three years of experience in similar leadership or maintenance supervision roles. * Experience in maintenance of infrastructure, industrial equipment, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and refrigeration systems. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance planning and control. * Experience leading work teams in industrial or mining environments. * Proficiency in performance indicators, cost control, and resource management. * Availability to work rotating shifts at a mining site. * Residence in Region V or availability to work under a 4x3 shift system. **Competencies** * Leadership and team development. * Planning and organization. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Customer and results orientation. * Negotiation and effective communication. * Proactivity and innovation. * Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
