We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail and commitment to risk prevention in industrial environments. Position Objective: Carry out prevention and detection activities of unsafe conditions in critical environments such as confined spaces, work at height, and deep excavations, continuously observing internal working conditions and promptly activating the emergency plan upon detection of any substandard condition. Main Responsibilities: Continuously monitor operations in critical areas (height, excavations, and confined spaces). Identify, record, and report substandard acts or conditions at the workplace. Ensure personnel strictly comply with Work Permits and Risk Analysis (AST). Immediately activate emergency protocols and plans in response to incidents or safety deviations. Collaborate with the prevention team to promote a safety culture on site. Candidate Requirements: Completed secondary education. Valid First Aid Training Certificate (Mandatory). Demonstrable experience of 2–3 years in similar operational roles within mining, industrial, or construction sites. Valid Class B driver’s license (Mandatory). Residence in the Magallanes Region. Working Conditions: Work Schedule Type: Standard 5x2 schedule. Location: On-site (dependent on assigned project or operation within the region).
