Position Summary: We are seeking a Behavioral Development Specialist to strengthen competencies and achieve objectives of people development programs. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to the continuous improvement of methodologies. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** At **United Pipeline Systems, Inc.**, we are a strategic partner specialized in providing solutions to pipeline integrity challenges through high-performance thermoplastic systems for the oil, gas, industrial, municipal, and mining sectors. We are currently seeking a **Behavioral Development Specialist** to join our corporate training and development team. **Conditions:** * Shift: 4x3 * Location: Mining Operations I and II Region. * Contract Type: Fixed-term with possibility of indefinite extension. **Objective:** To implement behavioral development interventions aimed at strengthening competencies, thereby supporting learning, on-the-job application, and achievement of people development program objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Implement behavioral development interventions onsite or remotely, in accordance with the methodology defined for each program. * Facilitate learning and competency development processes, applying various intervention methodologies aligned with each program’s objectives. * Observe and analyze behaviors within the work context, identifying strengths and improvement opportunities to guide participants’ development. * Provide individual and group feedback, promoting reflection, learning, and the adoption of behaviors aligned with the competencies under development. * Monitor development plans and improvement commitments, verifying the transfer of learning to the workplace. * Record and report intervention outcomes, maintaining up-to-date information on progress, gaps, and program compliance. * Coordinate the execution of development activities with supervisors, client departments, and work teams, ensuring adherence to the established plan. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies and interventions by providing insights and proposals based on experience gained during program implementation. **Requirements:** * Degree in Psychology. * Three years of experience in this role or similar positions within the mining industry. * Coaching certification (Desirable). * Experience in designing and implementing cross-functional and safety-related competency development programs.
