We are currently seeking an HSE Training Specialist to work on an upcoming project in Antofagasta. **Ideal Candidate Requirements:** * Professional degree as an Occupational Safety Engineer. * Resolution from the National Health Service. * 5 years of experience in SSMA training and auditing. * Experience in Mining Risk Schools is desirable. * Experience with internal mining platforms. * Experience administering training management platforms and training control systems. * Proficiency in tools for controlling and analyzing training indicators (advanced Excel and/or Power BI preferred). * Preferred residence in Calama or Antofagasta. * Class B driver's license. **What We Offer:** * 7x7 or 4x3 shift schedules. * On-site accommodation. * Meals.
