Comprehensive management of inventory, sales, and health regulations **Job Offer: Assistant Store Manager** ----------------------------------------------- We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operational management of our restaurants, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency, while fostering a positive, results-oriented work environment. **Location:** On-site work with permanent mobility across our 10 locations in Santiago. **Your Mission** Support the Store Manager in ensuring proper restaurant operations, leading teams, overseeing processes, and guaranteeing an excellent experience for both customers and colleagues. ️ **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily store operations (dining area, kitchen, and bar). * Coordinate and support the workforce and shift scheduling. * Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction. * Monitor inventory, orders, and product turnover. * Support sales tracking, cost control, and compliance with health regulations. **Working Hours:** * Art. 22 – Exempt from fixed working hours. ✅ **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within the gastronomy industry. * Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Willingness to travel between different locations. **Additional Benefits:** * Year-end bonus for Independence Day and Christmas. * Agreements with Mutual de Seguridad and Caja de Compensación. * Daily lunch included. * À la carte birthday lunch. * Birthday gift card. **If you are passionate about gastronomic management and team leadership, we invite you to apply and join our team.**
