Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and passionate Bartender dedicated to maintaining high beverage quality standards, managing the bar, and collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a proactive **Bartender**, passionate about mixology and responsible for upholding our high beverage quality standards. What will you do daily? * **Mixology:** Agile and standardized preparation of classic cocktails and house specialties. * **Draft Beer Service:** Perfect pouring of draft beers and comprehensive management of our beer selection. * **Mise en Place:** Pre-preparation of ingredients (juices, garnishes, syrups) to ensure fast service during peak hours (*rush*). * **Maintenance:** Continuous cleaning, organization, and disinfection of the entire bar area (adhering to sanitary standards). * **Inventory Management:** Strict control of spirits, liqueurs, and supplies inventory, minimizing waste. * **Teamwork:** Active collaboration with dining room and kitchen staff to ensure optimal beverage delivery times. What profile are we seeking? * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience working at high-volume bars. * **Technical Skills:** Solid knowledge of mixology, precise measurements, and proper use of bar tools. * **Attitude:** Ability to work quickly under pressure, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. * **Availability:** Capacity to work on a rotating 4x3 shift system (including weekends and holidays). What do we offer? * **Rotating 4x3 Schedule:** Work 4 days and rest 3 days per week! Off-days rotate, guaranteeing **2 Sundays off per month** for your rest. * **Shift Hours:** Continuous shift from 12:00 to 00:00 hrs. (2-hour meal break) * **Salary and Tips:** Competitive base salary \+ Direct participation in the **bar tip pool**. * **Meal Allowance Bonus:** Monthly stipend paid as an additional amount (Amipass).
