The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology and business, along with exceptional communication skills to foster partnerships and facilitate change within the organization. ### **Responsibilities** * Identify and evaluate business opportunities for AI and robotics applications * Collaborate with technical teams to conceptualize and prototype new solutions * Develop business cases to support investment in AI and robotics initiatives * Act as a liaison between technology teams and business units * Implement change management processes to facilitate the adoption of new technologies * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions * Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders about AI and robotics capabilities ### **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Business Administration, or a related field * 5\+ years of experience in a business partner or strategic role related to technology * Demonstrated experience with AI and robotics applications in business contexts * Strong understanding of data analytics and its application in business strategy ### **Preferred Requirements** * Master’s degree in a relevant field * Experience in managing cross\-functional teams * Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends * Experience in the development and deployment of AI/robotics solutions ### **Skills** * Strong understanding of AI and robotics technologies * Experience in project management within a tech\-driven environment * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders * Proficient in stakeholder engagement and relationship management * Knowledge of business strategy and operational processes * Experience in change management and organizational transformation
