**The Opportunity**
This position is located in Independencia, Chile, for the NOVA SALUD subsidiary.
As a Pharmaceutical Chemist, you will be responsible for the technical leadership and comprehensive administrative management of the location, ensuring compliance with current health regulations, proper dispensing of medications, and appropriate operational and commercial management of the branch.
You will supervise staff, provide customer service and advisory support, manage inventory, orders, inter-branch transfers, and product returns—ensuring stock availability and adherence to quality and service standards.
Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing pharmacovigilance processes, cold chain management, complaint handling, shipment tracking, and the proper functioning of the location—contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and business profitability.
**What You'll Do**
* Manage and control dispatch of stock-controlled products, ensuring accurate delivery and recording.
* Supervise, support, and advise the sales team on marketing and product dispatch processes.
* Provide comprehensive customer service, offering guidance and resolving inquiries and requests.
* Manage orders, product receipt, and system/inventory entry.
* Coordinate and execute inter-branch or inter-location product transfers.
* Administer product exchanges and returns per supplier policies.
* Support and contribute to commercial management activities to achieve sales targets.
* Perform store opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Monitor and track inventory shrinkage and stock levels to maintain accuracy.
* Supervise the operational and administrative functionality of the assigned location.
* Ensure and monitor pharmacovigilance processes related to specialized products.
* Manage and track complaints regarding defective or substandard products.
* Record, control, and ensure traceability of documentation, medications, and other product shipments.
* Periodically monitor and record refrigerator temperatures to ensure compliance with storage regulations.
* Maintain up-to-date personnel documentation and files for each branch.
* Adhere to established operating hours for the assigned location, ensuring operational continuity.
**Required Qualifications**
* **Education:** Graduated Pharmaceutical Chemist (mandatory).
* **Specific Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in personnel administration.
