Participation in service efficiency and quality improvements **Position Summary:** **IFQ Hotels Chile SpA** is seeking a Room Operations Supervisor to coordinate daily activities related to room preparation, availability, and presentation. The position will work closely with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance to ensure each room is prepared according to operational requirements and guest expectations. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily status and availability of rooms * Coordinate preparation priorities based on arrivals, departures, and forecasted occupancy * Maintain constant communication with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance * Verify that rooms are ready within established timeframes * Follow up on pending, blocked, or out-of-service rooms * Coordinate special requests related to guests' stays * Distribute priorities and tasks among involved teams * Manage incidents affecting room availability * Review operational logs and keep room status information updated * Support coordination during peak occupancy periods and last-minute changes * Identify opportunities to improve turnaround times, coordination, and guest experience **Requirements:** * Experience in hotels, accommodation, housekeeping, front desk, hospitality, operations, or customer service * Strong ability to organize tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment * Guest-oriented mindset and attention to detail * Ability to coordinate across different departments * Clear communication skills and collaborative attitude * Practical responsiveness to changes or incidents * Familiarity with hotel systems or digital tools is preferred * Prior supervisory experience is desirable but not mandatory * Education in hospitality, tourism, administration, or related fields is valued; transferable experience will also be considered **Why Work With Us:** * Make a direct impact on guests' daily experience * Develop comprehensive expertise in hotel operations * Collaborate across various hotel departments * Strengthen leadership and organizational skills * Participate in service efficiency and quality improvements * Advance to higher positions within accommodation operations Salary: $29\.400\.000 per year Workplace: On-site employment
