The role’s objective is to lead and manage a portfolio of Maintenance contracts, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with service agreements, client satisfaction, and financial performance for each account. The incumbent will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, supervising field operational execution, and promoting a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the end-to-end management of a portfolio of Facility Maintenance contracts, ensuring operational and financial compliance for each account. * Manage performance indicators, financial results, budgets, costs, and profitability of assigned contracts. * Conduct ongoing monitoring of goal achievement, implementing action plans and corrective measures as needed. * Maintain close relationships with clients, ensuring high service standards and contractual commitment fulfillment. * Lead teams of Supervisors, Contract Administrators, and operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture. * Coordinate required human, technical, and material resources to ensure uninterrupted delivery of services. * Supervise compliance with service-level indicators, operational audits, and quality standards defined by the company and clients. * Drive operational efficiency initiatives, cost optimization, and continuous improvement within the contract portfolio. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, document management practices, and applicable labor regulations in each operation. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading service operations or Facility Management. * Experience in contract administration, client management, and team leadership. * Solid knowledge of financial and budgetary management, and operational administration. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Willingness to perform fieldwork and conduct periodic client visits. * Prior experience in maintenance services, facility services, technical operations, or asset management is desirable. **Key Competencies** * Strong client orientation and commitment to service quality. * Leadership ability and capacity to develop high-performing teams. * Strategic vision and results-driven mindset. * Communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. * Decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. * Collaborative work ethic and focus on continuous improvement. * Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, operationally demanding environments.
