Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise service operations to ensure quality and customer experience, leading teams and maintaining standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inventory management and compliance with health regulations. **Job Description** ---------------------- Coordinate and supervise service operations to guarantee service experience and quality, meeting quality standards. Coordinate and supervise point-of-sale operations. Monitor proper customer service and attention, ensuring an experience aligned with casino standards. Assign and supervise tasks for area staff. Verify compliance with hygiene procedures, food handling practices, and current health regulations. Manage inventories, supplies, shrinkage, and efficient use of area products. Support opening and closing of sales points, ensuring proper operational functionality. Resolve operational contingencies and customer requests promptly.
