Work with traditional, cloud, and hybrid technologies. **Position Summary:** **AllInOne Technology Chile SpA** is seeking an IT Infrastructure Consulting Manager to advise clients on planning, modernizing, and improving their IT environments. This role will lead consulting projects related to infrastructure, connectivity, platforms, and technology services, converting business needs into actionable recommendations and feasible implementation roadmaps. **Responsibilities:** * Lead consulting projects related to IT infrastructure and services * Analyze current technology environments to understand needs and improvement opportunities * Design recommendations for infrastructure, platforms, and technology architecture * Prepare proposals and roadmaps for IT environment modernization, expansion, or renewal * Coordinate technical specialists during assessments and implementation projects * Collaborate with clients to define priorities, scope, and expected outcomes * Evaluate technology alternatives considering capacity, performance, and scalability * Coordinate initiatives related to servers, networks, cloud, storage, and associated services * Track decisions, dependencies, and progress of consulting projects * Collaborate with technology vendors and partners in solution evaluations * Present technical conclusions and recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders **Requirements:** * Experience in IT infrastructure, technology consulting, systems, networking, cloud, or related areas * General knowledge of servers, connectivity, storage, and enterprise platforms * Familiarity with cloud technologies, virtualization, or hybrid infrastructure is preferred * Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions * Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills * Ability to coordinate projects and specialists across disciplines * Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation * Experience in consulting or leading technology projects is desirable, though transferable backgrounds will be considered * A degree in computer science, engineering, systems, telecommunications, or related fields is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered **Why Work With Us:** * Advise organizations with diverse needs and technology environments * Participate in infrastructure modernization and transformation projects * Work with traditional, cloud, and hybrid technologies * Combine technical expertise with consulting and client engagement * Collaborate with specialists and vendors across technology domains * Develop leadership experience in strategic IT projects Salary: $51\.600\.000 per year Work Location: On-site employment
