We protect critical infrastructure, financial services, and e‑commerce platforms from emerging cyber threats. To scale our operations, we are hiring a **Supply Chain Manager** to oversee the procurement, logistics, and vendor‑management functions that support our security services. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute a strategic supply‑chain plan that aligns with the firm’s growth objectives and cybersecurity service delivery schedules. * Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with technology vendors, hardware suppliers, and third‑party service providers (e.g., network equipment, forensic tools, cloud platforms). * Manage inventory of critical hardware (servers, security appliances, forensic kits) and ensure timely replenishment to avoid service disruptions. * Coordinate logistics for the delivery, installation, and maintenance of security infrastructure at client sites across Latin America. * Implement risk‑management processes to mitigate supply‑chain disruptions, including vendor diversification and contingency planning. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order lead times, cost savings, supplier performance, and inventory turnover; report insights to senior leadership. * Collaborate with the finance, legal, and security operations teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies, data‑security standards, and regulatory requirements. * Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using lean or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience managing supply‑chain or procurement functions in a technology‑focused environment (cybersecurity, IT services, or related sectors). * Proven negotiation skills and a track record of achieving cost reductions and supplier performance improvements. * Strong analytical abilities; proficiency with ERP or supply‑chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and advanced Excel/Power BI skills. * Knowledge of cybersecurity hardware and software procurement considerations, including security certifications and compliance standards. * Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; fluency in Spanish and a working proficiency in English. * Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑security environment and to handle confidential vendor and client information responsibly. **Compensation** * Competitive hourly rate: **CLP 10,900 – CLP 17,300** (commensurate with experience and expertise). **How** **to** **Apply** Please send your résumé and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to **admin@internetwatchdogs.org** with “Supply Chain Manager Application – \[Your Name]” in the subject line.
