Job Summary: We are seeking a Last-Mile Operations Coordinator to ensure achievement of key performance indicators and customer retention through fleet and driver management. Key Highlights: 1. Provides direct support to drivers and communicates with customers At TRANSVIP, a recognized passenger and cargo transportation company with over 20 years of experience in fleet management, administration, reservation systems, traffic operations, and technology implementation across our operational processes, we are currently seeking a Last-Mile Operations Coordinator. Objective: Monitor transportation services and provide driver support; schedule fleet trips and cargo assignments according to available resources and existing demand; track vehicle locations, coordinate operations, ensure transportation safety, monitor driver performance, update documentation, process expense reports, among other responsibilities—all aimed at achieving key management indicators, operational results, and customer retention. Responsibilities: * Manage assigned agreements, supervise field/remote coordinators, and provide operational reports to direct supervisors for decision-making. * Monitor, record, and analyze operational performance against established KPIs and business model to optimize resource utilization for daily scheduling, providing visibility to direct supervisors. * Coordinate cargo dispatches among various locations, stores, distribution centers, and related facilities, ensuring continuous monitoring of assigned fleet. * Assign drivers based on demand, time windows, location, and other constraints specified in the agreement. * Manage reservations for coordinators and perform daily operational reconciliation of deliveries per driver under assigned agreements. Manage email communications with suppliers regarding daily assignments. * Provide daily feedback from coordinators corresponding to each agreement. * Deliver direct support to drivers, respond to claims regarding reconciliation discrepancies, and follow up on the penalty/reconciliation matrix. * Maintain smooth communication with clients to resolve operational issues or needs, both in-person and remotely. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role. * Knowledge of last-mile delivery and logistics. * Experience managing suppliers and KPIs. * Availability to work in the commune of Pudahuel.
