Job Summary: We are seeking an E-commerce Operator to ensure operational excellence across the entire online order cycle and promote adoption of digital channels. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage order preparation, auditing, and delivery At TRANSVIP — a recognized passenger and cargo transportation company with over 20 years of experience in fleet management, administration, reservation systems, traffic operations, and technology implementation in our operational processes — we are currently seeking an E-commerce Operator for Linares. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure operational excellence across the full e\-commerce order cycle (preparation, auditing, invoicing, and delivery), guaranteeing 100% quality and completeness. Concurrently, act as a digital channel ambassador within the store, driving customer adoption of digital purchasing points (kiosks). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Thorough product search in sales floor and warehouse to prevent incomplete orders. Manage substitutions in coordination with customers to ensure a high *Fill Rate*. * Cross-auditing of picking. Strict review of expiration dates, physical condition of products, cold chain maintenance, and food safety. Precise reconciliation of package counts versus system records. * Secure packaging of orders. Temporary storage in temperature-controlled zones. Documented handover of goods to the *Drivers* fleet and direct delivery to in-store pickup customers (Pickup). * Proactive engagement with customers on the sales floor. Provide guidance, demonstrations, and encouragement for using the digital platform or shopping app, supporting them through their first experience to foster channel adoption. * Support the in-store coordination team to ensure smooth operational functionality. * Monitor adherence to performance indicators tied to daily operational evaluation. **Desirable Experience** * Warehouse management. * Runner. * Quality auditor. * Use of reporting platforms. * Power BI, Excel. **Work Schedule** * 6 days on / 1 day off, within a 42-hour weekly workweek.
