This role leads work teams, makes key decisions, and represents the organization to clients, suppliers, and other business partners. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the company's overall strategies and objectives. Oversee operations and performance across various departments. Manage the organization's financial, human, and material resources. Analyze results and establish plans to improve profitability and efficiency. Lead, motivate, and develop the work team. Make strategic and operational decisions to drive business growth. Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders. Oversee compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. Prepare and present management reports to senior leadership or owners. Identify new business opportunities and growth avenues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in managerial or corporate leadership roles. Experience leading teams and managing operations. Strong financial knowledge and strategic planning expertise. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
