Analyzes results and provides strategic recommendations The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's financial and accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy of financial information, compliance with regulations, and efficiency of internal controls. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the company's accounting and financial operations. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management analyses. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting records. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings. Develop and oversee budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Oversee compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations. Coordinate internal and external audits. Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to management. Manage and supervise the accounting and finance team. Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs. Prepare financial reports for senior management and other decision-makers. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in accounting, auditing, financial control, or finance. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial analysis. Familiarity with applicable accounting and tax standards. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and Microsoft Excel. Analytical ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential financial information. Salary: $4.600 per month Work Location: On-site employment
