Job Summary: We are seeking a Fixed Assets Warehouse Worker to carry out receipt, storage, dispatch, and control of assets, ensuring compliance with procedures and safety standards. Currently, we are looking for a **Fixed Assets Warehouse Worker** for our company. **What are the responsibilities of this position?** Carry out operational activities related to the receipt, storage, dispatch, and control of assets in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, proper documentation and system administration, and maintaining order, safety, and asset availability. **What will be your duties?** * **Safely operate a forklift**, transporting, loading, and unloading assets and materials. * **Perform truck loading and unloading**, verifying the condition of assets upon receipt and dispatch. * **Store (rack) assets** in designated locations, optimizing space utilization and safeguarding their integrity. * **Receive and register assets**, verifying quantities, specifications, and associated documentation. * **Review purchase orders in SAP** and validate required documentation for asset receipt. * **Manage and validate requests for asset removal**, ensuring appropriate authorizations and supporting documentation. * **Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety conditions**, in accordance with company standards. * **Support physical inventories and asset reconciliations**, promptly reporting discrepancies, damages, or incidents. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Class D driver’s license for forklift operation is desirable. * Experience operating a forklift. * Availability to support inventory and other operational tasks as required. * Basic Excel skills. * Availability to work at our Fixed Assets Warehouse located at Lo Echevers \#1001, Quilicura. *At SMU S.A., we support and promote Law No. 21\.015 on Labor Inclusion.
