Job Summary:
Escort Planner responsible for coordinating and monitoring escort and oversize cargo transportation services, leading planning efforts and mitigating risks.

Period: August 27 to September 17, 2026
Conditions:
* **Net salary:** $1\.200\.000 per month, based on 30 days. For shorter periods, payment will be proportional to days worked \+ **Meal allowance:** $5\.000 per day actually worked, paid together with salary.
* **Benefit:** Commuting bus.
3\. **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–15:00
4\. Work location: Antofagasta.
5\. Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate daily escort and oversize/special cargo transportation services using Microsoft Excel and ESRI platform.
* Monitor routes and operations, maintaining continuous communication with the Control Center, convoys, escort vehicles, and supervisors.
* Lead pre-service planning by reviewing routes, operational conditions, associated risks, and preventive measures.
* Identify and mitigate risks during transportation, halting operations under unsafe conditions and promptly coordinating corrective actions.
* Replan services in response to contingencies, route changes, or conditions affecting operational safety and continuity.
* Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports and summaries for both the client and internal use.
* Promptly report incidents, vehicle anomalies, route or infrastructure issues, and any condition potentially affecting safe service execution.
**Additionally**, must perform driving and personnel transportation duties when required by management, provided the candidate possesses the relevant competencies and valid driver’s license, as well as other functions related to the nature and objectives of the position.
6\. Contract type: Temporary regime (Vacation coverage)
7\-. Requirements:
* Technical studies in Planning or related field.
* Minimum **2 years of experience** in identical or similar positions.
* Preferably experience in road projects, and knowledge/operation of security technology equipment such as surveillance cameras, anti\-fatigue systems, and communication radios.
* Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve situations en route.
* Medical fitness for work in mining sites, considering geographical altitude.
* Class B driver’s license (desirable).
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
