**Position Overview**
A **Commercial Representative** (also known as a Commercial Sales Representative) is a professional responsible for driving revenue growth by developing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. This role blends account management, business development, and strategic sales functions.
**Key ResponsibilitiesSales \& Business Development**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability and revenue generation
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and territories
* Prospect for new customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, industry events)
* Present products and services to current and potential customers, explaining features, benefits, and pricing
* Negotiate contracts and close sales transactions
* Build and maintain strategically beneficial working relationships with clients and key decision\-makers
**Account Management \& Customer Service**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients
* Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow\-up and after\-sales service
* Coordinate and monitor customer performance to ensure contract compliance
* Process orders, handle contracts, and manage sales administration
* Address customer inquiries, complaints, and practical challenges that arise
* Provide onboarding, product training, and ongoing support to clients
**Strategic \& Administrative Functions**
* Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans with clear targets
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

**Required QualificationsEducation \& Experience**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field (preferred)
* 1–3\+ years of experience in commercial sales, B2B sales, or account management
* Experience in relevant industry sectors (petrochemical, logistics, food, financial services, etc.) may be required depending on the role
