We consider inclusion and diversity fundamental to meeting present and future challenges.*** **Join our Forestry Chillán \- Roads team!** **At ARAUCO**, we are seeking individuals with completed secondary education and experience operating forestry machinery to serve as **Excavator Operators**, in the Chillán area, for **Forestry Road Operations.** **What will you do?** Operate an excavator to fulfill assigned team activities according to technical standards defined by the unit, incorporating proper planning, safety, and sustainability into execution. **What do we expect from you?** * Perform earthmoving, tree overturning, and/or truck loading using assigned equipment, integrating safety, efficiency, correct machinery usage, and environmental care. * Accurately report completed work information to your supervisory line. * Ensure basic machine maintenance by conducting daily inspections prior to use, identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance needs, and safeguarding equipment care. **What do you need to apply?** * Completed secondary education. * At least one year of experience operating an excavator or similar heavy machinery (Mandatory). * Class D driver’s license (Mandatory). * Class B driver’s license (Desirable). * Availability to work on a 7x7 shift system. **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * An inclusive and consistently supportive work environment. * Additional benefits and competitive compensation. ***At ARAUCO, we work daily to develop renewable forest products that improve people’s lives—a mission that challenges us to build committed, enthusiastic, and creative teams.
