Commitment to mining safety and constant team communication. **SIGMA S.A.**, an integrated services company for mining and engineering that provides solutions focused on construction, commissioning, and maintenance, is currently seeking personnel for one of our projects located in Los Andes (Andina Contract) for the position of **Backhoe Loader Operator**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate a backhoe loader for excavation, loading, grading, filling, and material removal at a mining site. * Execute trenching work, earthmoving, and support civil works as required by the supervisor. * Perform daily equipment checklist: inspect fluid levels, tire/tracked system condition, hydraulic system, and safety components. * Strictly comply with mining safety protocols. * Maintain constant communication with the work team via radio or other assigned means. * Promptly report malfunctions, incidents, or unsafe conditions to the shift supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed Secondary Education * Minimum 4 years of experience operating equipment at mining sites * Valid Class D driver's license * Certification for heavy machinery operation (backhoe loader) * Availability for rotating shifts At SIGMA S.A., we are committed to inclusion and diversity within our workforce.
