In this opportunity, we are looking for a **Maintenance Supervisor**, responsible for managing, optimizing, and supervising maintenance resources assigned to a group of locations in the Metropolitan Region, ensuring appropriate asset and facility reliability and availability for the normal execution of operations-related tasks. Strong emphasis on excellence in internal customer service and technical advisory on matters requiring technical judgment. **Key responsibilities include:** * Managing maintenance requests from the locations under supervision. * Developing and managing the OPEX budget for preventive and corrective maintenance within the assigned zone. * Identifying and proposing CAPEX requirements and ensuring their proper execution. * Ensuring asset and facility availability for the normal execution of operations-related tasks. * Managing and optimizing allocated resources, aligned with Operations department priorities. * Providing technical advisory to the Operations department on maintenance and operational improvements, suggesting efficient solutions. * Ensuring appropriate communication channels among Operations, internal teams, supervisors, and suppliers. * Keeping stakeholders informed on the most relevant topics. * Leading problem resolution in operations, seeking immediate solutions and promoting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. * Supervising and conducting technical audits of work performed by both external and internal personnel. * Managing purchase orders and maintaining up-to-date information. * Ensuring a supplier portfolio within the assigned zone that covers all maintenance service requirements. Conditions: * Fixed-term contract with duration equivalent to the titular’s license, extendable depending on departmental needs and performance. * Fieldwork at an assigned group of locations in the Metropolitan Region. * Contract governed by Article 22°. * If using personal transportation, fuel expenses will be reimbursed.
