Support for audits and continuous improvement of HSE processes We are seeking an **HSE Risk Prevention Technician** for the **Chuquicamata Facility** contract, responsible for managing and controlling the documentation of the HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Additionally, the candidate must support indicator monitoring, management reporting, control of corrective actions arising from incidents, and administration of HSE platforms, thereby contributing to compliance with corporate and client standards in a high-demand mining environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Administer and maintain up-to-date documentation of the HSE Management System. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedural requirements related to document management. * Manage digitization, storage, and traceability of physical and digital documentation. * Prepare monthly reports and indicators related to accident frequency, corrective action management, and HSE performance. * Monitor timely implementation of corrective actions arising from incidents and investigations. * Control and monitor compliance with activities on internal and client behavioral platforms. * Coordinate distribution, updating, and version control of HSE documents. * Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspection processes. * Train workers and users on document management procedures and tools. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to safety, occupational health, and environmental protection. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering**. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in roles related to document management, management control, or HSE management. * Experience in mining contracts or industrial operations. * Knowledge of applicable legal regulations concerning occupational safety and health. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and document management systems. * Residence in **Calama** (mandatory). * Availability to work on a **4x3 shift schedule**. **Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Attention to detail. * Analytical and monitoring capability. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Customer orientation. * Responsibility and commitment. * Proactivity and management capability. **Conditions** * Shift system: **4x3**. * Work modality: **On-site at Chuquicamata Facility**. * Work at high geographical altitude (above 3,000 m above sea level). * Passing of pre-employment medical examination for high-altitude work. * Passing of drug and alcohol screening battery. * Passing of job-related psychological assessment. * Residence in **Calama** (mandatory).
