About the Role At **AIThub Technology and Digital Services**, we are looking for an **Inventory Manager** with experience in stock control, inventory planning, warehouse coordination, and movement analysis to ensure efficient and reliable inventory management. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising stock levels, controlling discrepancies, coordinating physical and cycle counts, analyzing turnover, and ensuring that system-recorded information accurately reflects the actual availability of products and materials. Key Responsibilities **Inventory Management:** Supervise stock levels and ensure correct availability of products, materials, and assets under control. **Stock Control:** Review system-recorded entries, exits, transfers, returns, adjustments, and other movements. **Cycle Counts:** Design and coordinate periodic counting programs to validate inventory accuracy. **Physical Inventory:** Organize and supervise physical inventories, reconciling discrepancies between records and actual stock. **Discrepancy Analysis:** Investigate variances, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions. **Stock Planning:** Analyze turnover, coverage, minimum and maximum levels, critical items, and stockout risk. **Obsolescence Control:** Identify slow-moving, expired, damaged, or obsolete inventory and recommend actions. **Warehouse Management:** Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching. **KPIs:** Monitor inventory accuracy, turnover, coverage, discrepancies, losses, and count compliance. **Systems:** Maintain controls over ERP, WMS, or other inventory management tool records. **Procurement Coordination:** Provide reliable data to support purchasing and replenishment decisions. **Management Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, discrepancies, turnover, and inventory risks. **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve traceability, internal controls, and material flow efficiency. What We’re Looking For **Experience:** 4–7 years of experience in inventory, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or stock control, preferably with team leadership experience. **Education:** Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Technician, or related field. **Inventory Management:** Experience in cycle counts, reconciliations, discrepancy analysis, and movement control. **Systems:** Proficiency in ERP, WMS, or logistics management platforms. **Excel:** Intermediate or advanced level for stock analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. **Analysis:** Ability to detect patterns, variances, and risks using operational data. **Leadership:** Experience coordinating inventory, warehouse, or logistics staff. **Organization:** Ability to manage large volumes of information and multiple priorities. **Attention to Detail:** High precision in stock control and recordkeeping. **Communication:** Ability to effectively coordinate with logistics, purchasing, procurement, finance, and operations. Salary: $2\.500 \- $2\.600 per month Work Location: On-site employment
