Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and industrial support systems, ensuring maximum performance. Diagnose and resolve electromechanical failures autonomously, proposing continuous improvements that optimize process efficiency. Collaborate actively with the production team to anticipate technical needs and maintain the highest safety standards. Document and track technical interventions, contributing your technical expertise to the department's growth. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or a related field. * Demonstrable hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical systems. * Proactive mindset oriented toward problem-solving and collaborative on-site work.
