Together, we can transition toward a more sustainable, equitable, and balanced protein production system. **What You’ll Do** Reporting to the **Transformation \& Efficiency Head**, you will be responsible for ensuring that strategic transformation initiatives translate into processes, routines, KPIs, and tools effectively adopted across various organizational functions. You will act as an implementation facilitator and leader, coordinating cross-functional initiatives in continuous improvement, digital transformation, project management, and change management—working closely with department heads, finance, IT, HR, and global stakeholders. **Who We’re Looking For** We seek a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and a results-driven mindset. Someone capable of mobilizing teams without formal authority, challenging the status quo, and leading cultural and technological transformation processes in complex and dynamic environments. **You’ll Also Need:** * A professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. * 6–10 years of relevant professional experience. * At least 3 years of experience in transformation, process, or digital transformation consulting. * Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders across various organizational levels. * Knowledge of Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, BPM/VSM, and project management. * Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Advanced Excel skills and ability to develop executive presentations. * Intermediate-to-advanced or higher English proficiency. * Willingness to reside in Puerto Montt, work in a hybrid mode, and undertake frequent travel to plants and operational centers. * Class B driver’s license. **What You’ll Receive** As part of Nutreco, you’ll become a member of the SHV family—a diverse group of companies with a global presence.
