Operational management and goal achievement **POSITION:** SUPERVISOR TRAINER\- COORDINATOR **Work Location:** Metropolitan Region **Job Description:** Lead and supervise field teams, ensuring proper operational functioning, achievement of commercial goals, continuous training, and execution of standards defined by the brand and company. **Main Responsibilities:** Team Coordination and Supervision * Coordinate field work teams and points of sale. * Supervise attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and task execution. * Organize coverage and task distribution according to operational needs. * Conduct daily performance indicator tracking. * Resolve operational contingencies and point-of-sale incidents. Training and Coaching * Conduct onboarding for new staff members. * Train teams on protocols, sales techniques, and customer service. * Identify improvement opportunities and reinforce on-site performance. * Provide operational coaching and ongoing support. Human Resources Management * Support recruitment and selection processes. * Manage employment documentation and administrative control. * Coordinate replacements, leaves of absence, and vacations. * Report labor incidents to HR and supervisors. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. Operational Management * Supervise service standards and procedural compliance. * Prepare attendance, management, and performance reports. * Maintain constant communication with customers and internal teams. * Manage achievement of operational and commercial goals. **Job Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in staff supervision and training * Minimum 2 years leading field teams or operations * Preferred experience in retail, mass consumption, agencies, or telecommunications. * Willingness to work on-site * Flexible availability according to operational schedule * Preferred personal transportation * Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills * Goal- and results-oriented mindset Proactivity and autonomy in the field * **Schedule:** * Full-time shift – Arti 22 (5x2 schedule, shift starts at 09:00 AM) **Compensation:** * Approximate net salary $1\.400\.000\.\-
