Lead advertising campaigns and manage agencies to achieve global objectives. **Job Description** ---------------------- Lead categories through market analysis, product innovation, and tactical plans to ensure profitability and growth. * Analyze market share indicators and consumer behavior to propose actions that ensure brand growth and positioning. * Monitor margins, costs, and service levels, coordinating with Sales and Trade Marketing on action plans to improve commercial performance. * Lead the new product lifecycle—from value strategy and packaging design to coordination with production and supply chain. * Lead advertising campaigns and in-store activities, managing agency relationships to align communications with global objectives. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Availability for 100% in-person work. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira—a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
