More information: http://coderio.com We are looking for a **Tech Lead Full Stack** who will be responsible for technically leading frontend and backend development and integration within the project. You will define the technical roadmap, ensure code quality, and guide the team in building scalable, secure, and highly available architectures using modern technologies. **What You Can Expect From This Role (Responsibilities)** This is a technical leadership role with strong emphasis on architecture and engineering quality: you will design scalable end\-to\-end solutions, establish technical standards, oversee frontend and backend integrations, conduct code reviews, and guide the team on best practices for development, testing, and security. You will also participate in designing data schemas in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, and in building event-based data ingestion pipelines using Lambda and EventBridge. **Only candidates currently residing in Santiago de Chile or its surrounding areas will be considered.** **Requirements** \+5 years of Full Stack development experience Previous experience in technical leadership and designing scalable architectures Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js Solid experience with Vue 3 (Composition API) and/or React Experience with AWS, including Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, and EventBridge Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, ideally PostgreSQL and/or DynamoDB Experience conducting code reviews and defining engineering standards Experience with unit and E2E testing **Desirable** Knowledge of Python Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker Previous experience in digital transformation environments or high-impact, scalable products **Benefits** Hybrid work model in Santiago de Chile Participation in a strategic digital transformation project Collaboration with a global and high-level technical team Opportunity for professional growth in a high-impact role **Why Join Coderio?** At Coderio, we value talent, technical excellence, and collaboration.
